Asal Zaid
HAULHIGHER was founded by Asal Zaid, a transportation and logistics professional with 14 years of industry experience. After understanding the many sides of transportation including operations, logistics, and the challenges carriers face finding dependable drivers. Asal created HAULHIGHER to provide a better solution.
Having worked closely with carriers, dispatchers, and drivers throughout her career, Asal brings a rare perspective to recruiting: she understands what carriers need in a driver, and what drivers need in a carrier. That insight is the foundation of every match HAULHIGHER makes.
HAULHIGHER is built on the belief that better matching leads to better outcomes : lower turnover, stronger fleets, and more fulfilling careers for the drivers who keep America moving.
